1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using CheckMyLine (the "Service"), you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provisions of this agreement. If you do not agree to these Terms of Service, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CheckMyLine provides on-demand poker hand analysis services. Users submit poker hands for professional review and receive detailed strategic analysis from experienced poker professionals.

3. Payment Terms

CheckMyLine operates on a pay-after-service model:

• You submit a hand for analysis at no upfront cost
• Our analysts review your hand and provide detailed analysis
• You receive and can read the complete analysis before payment
• Payment is required after viewing the analysis to unlock your account for future submissions
• Your account will be locked until payment is received for any outstanding analysis

Current pricing:

• Standard Review: $20 (48-hour turnaround, or free)
• Instant Review: $50 (when available, under 2 hours)

4. No Refund Policy

All sales are final. Since you have the opportunity to read and review the complete analysis before making payment, we do not offer refunds once payment has been made. By making a payment, you acknowledge that you have reviewed the analysis and accept the service as delivered.

5. Service Level Agreement

For Standard Reviews, we guarantee delivery within 48 hours of submission. If we fail to deliver your analysis within this timeframe, the analysis will be provided at no charge. This guarantee does not apply to Instant Reviews, which operate on a best-effort basis when capacity is available.

6. Educational Purpose Disclaimer

The analysis and advice provided through CheckMyLine is for educational and entertainment purposes only. Our service:

• Is not professional gambling advice
• Does not guarantee winning results
• Should not be considered as encouragement to gamble
• Is intended to help players understand poker strategy and improve their analytical skills

You are solely responsible for your own gambling decisions and activities. Please gamble responsibly and within your means.

7. User Responsibilities

You agree to:

• Provide accurate information when submitting hands
• Use the Service in compliance with all applicable laws
• Not share, resell, or redistribute analysis provided to you
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials
• Pay for services rendered in a timely manner

8. Account Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violations of these Terms of Service, fraudulent activity, or any other reason we deem appropriate. Accounts with outstanding unpaid balances will remain locked until payment is received.

9. Limitation of Liability

CheckMyLine and its analysts shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Service, including but not limited to gambling losses, loss of profits, or any other damages.

10. Intellectual Property

All analysis, content, and materials provided through CheckMyLine remain the intellectual property of CheckMyLine. You receive a personal, non-transferable license to view and use the analysis provided to you for your own educational purposes.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Service. Your continued use of the Service after any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
